House extension, Walthamstow

This property is typical of the Warner Estate in London, and had previously been converted from the two flats into a single dwelling.  We were asked to create a side extension that made use of an underused and dark part of the garden, and consolidate the ground floor which previously comprised a second sitting room, small kitchen and a bathroom to form an open plan kitchen/diner.  The work also included a separate utility and shower room.
